I turned in my application to be on the Vashon Island Art Studio Tour in December!
After talking with several people about their previous success, or about the possibility of sharing space at their studios, I decided to do it at my own studio, alone if necessary. It is something I've wanted to do for years, and I am so excited!
Congratulations on pushing through Suzanna! That itself is worth celebrating.

ReplyDeleteokay, this butterfly piece is blowing me away. it actually looks 3-dimensional to me. Amazing how you did that! I think this is one of my favorites I've seen of your work so far! Although I do love the sunflowers. Sorry I am just now getting back to you. I've had a major pause in production over here with preparing to move. If you still want a print of the sunflower mama, that is great! Do you know what size you want? I'm so excited to hear your big news too! Congratulations!

ReplyDeleteThe Sunflower Mamma is for my daughter in law, who is due for her firsth child in March, and whose birthday is coming up--next week I think! I would like a print 11" wide by however tall that makes it.
